Under service history, I have listed as unfunded, work from Aug. 22, 1979, to Oct. 5, 1979. This is one month and 14 days of service. Q. I worked for the Army Corps of Engineers as a civilian from Aug. 27, 1979, to July 30, 1982. When I left, I took the retirement funds. On June 22, 1985, I was hired into the Postal Service as a FERS employee. I recently redeposited the funds plus interest, and my new service computation date reflects the adjustment — now July 18, 1982.
