Q. I’m a dual status federal technician for the National Guard. I’m going on deployment in a couple of months. I’ll have 30 months in my civilian job. Will the clock for my high-3 keep running while I’m deployed? Or will it pause and I’ll have to return to work and finish out the remaining six months to get that high-3?
