Q. If I take the early retirement offered to me, being under FERS, will I receive the incentive pay?
A. If you are offered an opportunity to retire under the Voluntary Early Retirement Authority, you can do that. You would only be entitled to a Voluntary Separation Incentive Payment if one were offered to you.
