I am title 32 duel status age 54. I have 28 years as a FERS employee with 34 years military. I am losing my military position because of medications that I am taking. Do I qualify for disability retirement? I have over 25 years as a technician so I think I am not qualify. Will I be able to get discontinued service with FERS and OPM supplement. Thanks.
The best I can do is refer you to https://www.opm.gov/retirement-services/publications-forms/csrsfers-handbook/c046.pdf. Once there, scroll to Part 46A4 (CSRS) and 46B4 (FERS).
