I’m a HR person, and I have a service member who’s reason for separation on their DD-214 shows “Retirement-Disability Permanent”. Is this service member entitled to all their active duty service or just the dates reflected from their qualifying combat operation medals/campaign, for service towards their SCD for Leave & RIF revolve around?
