Foreign civilian workers and sequestration

0

Q. I heard that foreign civilian workers would be exempt from being sequestered even if they work on military installations. Is this true?

A. I don’t know. So I checked with the Office of Personnel Management, which told me that it doesn’t know how sequestration is affecting the Defense Department’s civilian employees working in foreign areas on military installations. Only DoD can answer that question.
