Restored sick leave

0

Q. I am a recently retired federal employee, MRA + 10 years. When I left I had 600 hours of sick leave remaining. If I were to return to a federal job, how soon would I have to return in order to get back that sick leave?

A. There is no time limit on how long you can be away and still have your unused and uncredited sick leave restored.
