Q. Can postal employees donate leave to another federal agency? Is there a minimun number of required hours? Can the military donate leave to the leave donor program?
A. Yes, a federal employee in one agency may donate annual leave to an employee of another federal agency, if the employing agency has approved him or her as a leave recipient. I’m not aware of any provision of law that would allow someone in the military to do that.
