I filed a formal EEO case for age, race, discrimination and retaliation. While waiting on the EEO case to be investigated I ended up visiting my physician using up my sick leave on a multiple of occasion and being treated for uncaused medical conditions. What the process to have my sick leave reinstated???
I’m not aware that there is any process for having sick leave reinstated. If anyone using this site knows of an exception, please let us know.
