Contractor retirement eligibility

Q. I worked as a contractor for six years. During those six years, I always worked on an Army installation and directly for a civilian Army boss. Are there ever situations like this where a contractor may buy back retirement time? I have 13 more years working as a permanent employee for other federal agencies.

A. No.
