Q. If a retired Federal Employees Retirement System employee at MRA at 56 years old is receiving the Social Security supplement, is the supplement reduced if that employee continues working another job?

A. Yes, it would. The supplement would be reduced by $1 for every $2 earned above the annual Social Security limit, which this year is $15,720.
