I hear a lot about your Age and your Worked years have to add up to 85 then you can retire with full rretirement and No Penalties. Is this true..????

No. That only lists the age and service requirements for most employees. not law enforcement officers or firefighters. Further, it doesn’t explicitly answer the question that was asked by the writer. My answer does.
