Q. We are approaching open season for the different plans. I turned 65 in May and opted in for Medicare parts A and B. I have the Standard Blue Cross option. Will the Basic option cover my needs as well as having Standard? I know several people in my area who have gone to the Basic and I’m considering but wanted to dig a little deeper into the issue.
