A. I think what you’re asking is if you’d able to take a job in a DoD commissary without it having any effect on your annuity. If that’s so, the answer is no, it won’t. However, because most of these jobs are civil service, the salary you receive would likely be offset by the amount of your annuity. In effect, you’d be working for little or no salary at all.
