Q. Do service members retiring from the military from overseas locations who take a federal job at that overseas location receive the 360-hour max leave carryover ceiling?

A. Federal employees stationed overseas can carryover 45 days (360 hours). You’ll find that information at https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/pay-leave/leave-administration/fact-sheets/annual-leave. Just scroll to “Annual Leave Ceilings.”
